We maintained a super start to the 4Q with another full house. It is apparent that Thirsty Thursdays is gaining popularity within Singapore’s real estate investment industry. Sadly the camera was missing!!! We welcomed 3 new members, Peeyush Pallav from Fitch Ratings, Anthony White from Cambridge Industrial Trust and Adrian Yang from AEW Global Advisors to the networking group.
We spent time discussing Singapore’s F1 race, global credit crisis, Lehman’s fallout and the Pump Room lager. It was quite an interactive evening, as members exchanged notes on various markets, credit ratings including stories about a particular “ex-colleague”. As usual, people had very good suggestions and we hope to be able to implement some of them.
We have received requests from some more investment professionals to join our group and we look forward to meeting them next month. So watch out for the next invite.
