Our “Kick-Off” networking drinks took place on Thursday 2nd April, a somewhat belated first Thirsty Thursday for 2009. The group welcomed two new members, Vo Thi Thu Ha and Roman Scott, both of Calamander Capital.
Interestingly, the menu at the Pump Room has had time to change since we met last and much to our surprise there were some new beers & food to sample. Apart from the beer, the discussion was very interesting as always, ranging from how to restructure a banking system after a financial crisis, to East Coast condos and renovating conservation buildings.
Our group has really evolved, there is a lot of cultural diversity and experience, something quite unique to a group of such kind, truly enriching!!!
Lastly, keep a look out for the next invitation, we’ll be back soon for another exciting round. We hope to catch up with the regulars and with those who were unable to attend this time around.
