Thirsty Thursdays - October 4th

Unlike the US real estate market, Thirsty Thursday is on a strong upward trend.
The first Thursday in October saw a record crowd turn up to quench their thirst and discuss the latest in real estate investments. Unfortunately no-one brought a camera, so you will have to take the word of those of us who were there. The atmosphere was great, the weather reliably warm and the beer absolutely delicious. A warm welcome to Michelle Mok and Jim Huang who joined us for the first time. Matt had some trouble finding the crowd despite seating himself at the table next to us, but otherwise everything went smoothly :-)
Noteworthy news that came up include Pangaea being bought by Oaktree, Michael's upcoming move to China and last but not least, Jim H.'s upcoming wedding.
The next event will, surprise surprise, be held on the first Thursday of next month, which falls on the 1st of November. There should be a good chance of breaking the attendance record yet again. See you there.
